HI-FU Deep ultrasound skin lift

HIFU treatment is considered to be one of the most effective procedures of aesthetic medicine. HIFU permanently reduces wrinkles and it thickens and firms skin. A skin surface remains untouched, while deeply underneath intensive recovery and regeneration processes occur, stimulated by the breakdown caused by high-frequency acoustic waves. HIFU is a high intensity focused ultrasound wave that has been used in medicine for a long time. Originally, it was used as a method of non-surgical tumour treatment. Currently, the HIFU technology is excellent for morpho-aesthetic deep treatment – from 1.5 mm up to 4.5 mm – in non-invasive face lifting. Ultrasonic lifting is used to tone, lift, stretch, thicken and tighten sagging flabby skin located on a face, a neckline and other body parts. The abbreviation HIFU stands for high intensity focused ultrasound. PLATELET RICH PLASMA (PRP) = REGENERATION OF THE SKIN AND HAIR

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections are a powerful tool for rejuvenation: healthier skin, reduced wrinkles and dark circles.

WHAT IS IT?
PRP is a skin regenerating medical technique which uses the patient's own blood to produce plasma enriched with platelets, growth factors and stem cells. Once re-injected beneath the patient-donor's skin, it accelerates normal healing processes by stimulating collagen formation, revascularization and repair. This explains why PRP provides a gradual increase in skin thickness and vitality. Because of its regenerative properties, PRP was initially performed in the fields of reconstructive surgery and sport medicine; the technique was more recently introduced in aesthetic medicine with great success

WHAT IS IT?
Hyaluronic acid, a sugar naturally present in the dermis fills the space between collagen and elastin fibers. Its hydrophilic properties enable it to attract water and thus contribute to the hydration and volumization of the skin. During the aging process, epidermal cells progressively lose their capacity to produce hyaluronic acid. This leads to a loss of volume and consequent accentuation of facial wrinkles and folds. Liposuction or fat aspiration, is aspiration of unnecessary fat from places where it is difficult to get rid of it. Usually it is the stomach, buttocks and thighs, but the areas of action can also be calf, hips, chin or nipples in men. The main advantage of the treatment is that liposuction is a permanent reduction of fat, which does not appear to have a jojo effect. The fat is removed, and therefore there is no place to accumulate and once sucked out for ever gives a slimmer silhouette. It is important, however, that for the next 2 to 4 weeks after the procedure, wear special compression clothing. This makes the skin shrunk and the effect of drooping folds is avoided. Liposuction can be repeated with 2 or more treatments with a maximum of 3 liters of fat for large amounts of fat.

Contraindications for liposuction: • pregnancy and lactation • unstable chronic diseases • autoimmune diseases • cardiac problems and blood clotting disorders • diabetes • purulent skin infections.

Liposuction can be combined with fat graft surgery. Sucked fat after cleansing and selecting, can be used as a natural filling of the mouth, breasts or cheeks.

WHAT IS TUMESCENT?

Operative method for removal of local body fat by aspiration using liposuction cannulas. In the case of tumescent liposuction technique, a large amount of infiltration solution is applied to the area previously treated to improve the area. Tumescent liposuction is usually performed in patients who can only receive topical anesthesia. This procedure takes longer than classic liposuction (maximum 3 hours but in practice about 2 hours). Because the solution in addition to the physiological (saline) solution also contains adrenaline (causing shrinkage of blood vessels) and certain amounts of anesthetic (usually lidocaine) anesthetic, the use of another anesthetic is not necessary. INJECTION LIPOLYSIS / Aqualyx ®

WHAT IS AQUALYX?
Aqualyx® is a compound solution from the deoxycholate family that has been physically modified and, by creating a slow release sugar-based system, the biological half-life is reduced which results in minimal side effects. Developed by renowned aesthetic surgeon the late Professor Motolese, Aqualyx® has been available internationally since 2009, and over 2,000,000 vials have been used for patient treatments in 49 countries worldwide. Professor Motolose developed an injection technique, for the treatment known as 'Aqualysis ™' or 'Aquaplasty™' and a precise protocol is followed. Aqualysis™ or Aquaplasty™ consists of injecting the solution into localised fat deposits in areas such as saddle bags, thighs, stomachs, chins and knees. It can also be used to treat pseudo-gynocomastia in men. Aqualyx® liquefies the fat cell, destroying it permanently, releasing the lipids that are then eliminated naturally through the lymphatic system. Aqualysis™ can be used in conjunction with an ultrasound device to assist in the dissipation of Aqualyx® throughout the localised fat cells.

THE TREATMENT
The treatment should only be performed by a doctor or surgeon. Specially designed long flexible cannulas are used, and specialist training is given to every doctor before they offer Aqualysis™. Typically, two injection spots are required for each area being treated; patients report good tolerance of the treatment and an anaesthetic solution is normally added prior to injection for greater comfort. The treatment will be repeated between two and eight times depending on the number of small pockets of fat tissue to be reduced. The injections are repeated every three to four weeks. After each treatment patients can expect some swelling, redness and skin irritation and tenderness in the area treated, which will subside after four to six days. Contraindications: pregnancy and lactation, liposdystrophy, pathological conditions and for those under 18 years or over 60 years.

PLATELET RICH PLASMA + FIBRIN + STEM CELLS = injectable PLATELET RICH FIBRIN (i-PRF)

The concept of PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) is based on the centrifugation of whole blood without anticoagulants. (J. Choukroun et al. 2001). At the end of the spin, a fibrin clot containing the majority of the platelets and white blood cells is obtained. This fibrin clot called Platelet Riche Fibrin or PRF will release gradually and growth factors or cytokines in the site (VEGF, PDGF, TGF Beta, Thrombospondin). The expected objective of these growth factors is to accelerate the soft tissue and bone healing. Why I-PRF ?

I-PRF is the latest evolution of platelet-rich plasma. Long-term research prof. Josepha Choukroun of Nice showed that this method is superior to platelet-rich plasma.

I-PRF is an acronym for an injectable PLATELET RICH FIBRIN.

How does this procedure differ from classical platelet rich plasma?

I-PRF is a platelet suspension and other fibrin regeneration stimulants. Fibrin injected into the patient's skin slowly coagulates, resulting in:

- delicate filling effect

- a natural network on which repairing processes takes place

- most importantly - the platelets suspended on fibrin fibers slowly release growth factors. This is a fundamental difference with platelet-rich plasma. Thanks to the slow release of growth factors, we get stronger regenerative stimulation effects. Why? - because initially the skin cells that we want to stimulate do not have receptors for growth factors. It is only under the influence of growth factors that they start to produce.

I-PRF is more concentrated platelets. With 8 ml of blood we get a solution of only 1 ml PRF, not 4 ml, as in the case of popular kits

I-PRF is mesenchymal stem cells. Studies using a flow cytometer have shown that i-PRF has a high concentration of circulating mesenchymal stem cells. With this innovative feature, i-PRF has the strongest potential for stimulation of regeneration.

What is the procedure like?

As before any surgery in the field of aesthetic medicine, consultation is needed. Once the indications and contraindications have been established, the procedure is performed. 30 minutes before the treatment, the treated area is lubricated with anesthetic cream.

The i-PRF treatment itself goes through the following stages:

- We charge a small volume of patient's blood (at least 32 ml) in special tubes.

- The tubes are centrifuged for 5 minutes in a special centrifuge

Then about 1 ml of i-PRF is withdrawn from each tube

- In the last stage with a very thin needle or cannula, i-PRF is applied to the treated area of the skin.

Is it painful?

Thanks to the use of anesthetic cream and very thin needles, the i-PRF cannula is only associated with discomfort. Larger discomfort occurs only in the case of hairy scalp treatments (baldness treatment).

What are the contraindications to treatment?

Due to the fact that this procedure consists in injecting the patient's own blood components into the skin, the contraindications to i-PRF are very narrow. These include such classic anti-depressions as: 1. Blood diseases: - platelet dysfunction syndrome, - critical thrombocytopenia, - fibrinogen deficiency, - haemodynamic instability, - septicemia. 2. Cancer. 3. Chronic liver disease. 4. Acute and chronic infections. 5. Pregnancy and lactation. 6. Anticoagulant treatment. 7. Use of aspirin and other NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

What effects should be expected?

The self-made i-PRF treatments give the effect of revitalizing, improving the condition of the skin. Often they also improve skin hydration. The effect of strong improvement in skin quality and clear wrinkle reduction is obtained after i-PRF combination with fractional lasers or DermaPen. Therefore, independent i-PRF treatments should be considered as prophylaxis of aging. In cases where we want stronger effects, combination therapies should be used together with other aesthetic medicine treatments.

I-PRF is also used in aesthetic medicine with great effectiveness in the treatment of alopecia.

i-PRF. Numerous scientific publications describing the action of the white cells on vascularization and wound healing were published these recent years. With the unanimous conclusion that platelet concentrates enriched leukocytes are more effective on tissue and bone healing. The publication of our research on the A-PRF (PRF enriched leukocytes) and clinical outcomes confirm absolutely this scientific position. However, the use of platelet concentrates in "liquid" and not coagulated remains an important indication in various medical and dental applications. That is why we have focused our research to a liquid "blood concentrate” enriched in white blood cells but also platelet-enriched to increase the healing properties while retaining the principle of centrifugation "without anticoagulants" or "no additives ". The research was led by Dr Joseph Choukroun, the inventor of the PRF technique with collaboration of two laboratories among the most renowned in the world (FORM in Frankfurt, Germany and Research Lab Clarion in Clarion, USA). The result is the new protocol i-PRF ! Research of i-PRF ("i" as injectable) has been directed towards obtaining a blood concentrate with very high leukocyte content but which coagulates few minutes after the end of spin. This "super PRF" is produced with new tubes i-PRF specific for this preparation. The use of i-PRF is in its infancy, but already, the results in both oral surgery in regenerative medicine are very promising injection into soft tissue to increase vascularity and perhaps improve the biotype, injection into the bone graft particles (biomaterials) to coagulate and get a "solid" free of all movements granules. The interest of the graft clot also lies in how to carve a bone graft and give it a compact form. Fractional lasers have revolutionized laser skin resurfacing.

WHAT IS IT?
Fractional lasers allow safe skin rejuvenation, with minimal downtime. Just as a damaged painting is restored one small area at a time, or a photo is altered pixel by pixel, Fractional lasers improve the appearance of the skin by treating only a fraction of it at a time. Its thousands of microscopic laser spots create tiny but deep thermal « wounds » known as microscopic treatment zones (MTZs). Each MTZ is surrounded by parcels of unaffected skin tissue. This fractional treatment allows the skin to heal much faster than if the entire area were treated at once. The MTZs represent 25% of the surface treated which means the skin cells that are left intact can actively participate in the healing process. The end result is the creation of new, healthy and tighter tissue to replace the damaged skin. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?:

PEELING

A chemical peel is a technique used to improve and smooth the texture of the skin. Facial skin is mostly treated but the body and scarring can be improved as well. Chemical peels are intended to remove the outermost layers of the skin. To accomplish this task, the chosen peel solution induces a controlled injury to the skin. Resulting wound healing processes begin to regenerate new tissues.The dead skin eventually peels off. The regenerated skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin. Some types of chemical peels can be purchased and administered without a medical license, however people are advised to seek professional help from a dermatologist, esthetician, plastic surgeon, oral and maxillofacial surgeon, or otolaryngologist on a specific type of chemical peel before a procedure is performed.
There are several types of chemical peels.

Alpha hydroxy acid peels.
Alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) are naturally occurring carboxylic acids such as glycolic acid, a natural constituent of sugar cane juice and lactic acid, found in sour milk and tomato juice. This is the mildest of the peel formulas and produces light peels for treatment of fine wrinkles, areas of dryness, uneven pigmentation and acne. Alpha hydroxy acids can also be mixed with facial washes, serums or creams in lesser concentrations as part of a daily skin-care regimen to improve the skin's texture. There are five usual fruit acids: citric acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, malic acid and tartaric acid. Many other alpha hydroxy acids exist and are used. AHA peels are not indicated for treating wrinkles.AHA peels may cause stinging, skin redness, mild skin irritation, and dryness. Higher pH levels and lower percentages of hydroxy acids are commonly used as home peels. These will not work as quickly as an in-office procedure, but can be economical for many people.

Beta hydroxy acid peels
Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid. It is antibacterial and anti inflammatory and, as a result, works well for acne. Salicylic also has the ability to reduce the spots and bumps associated with acne. It is becoming common for beta hydroxy acid (BHA) peels to be used instead of the stronger alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) peels due to BHA's being oil soluble. Studies show that BHA peels control sebum excretion, acne as well as remove dead skin cells to a certain extent better than AHAs[citation needed] due to AHAs only working on the surface of the skin.
Jessner's peels
Jessner's peel solution, formerly known as the Coombe's formula, was pioneered by DMax Jessner, a German-American dermatologist. Jessner combined 14% salicylic acid, lactic acid, and resorcinol in an ethanol base. It is thought to break intracellular bridges between keratinocytes.[citation needed] It is very difficult to "overpeel" the skin due to the mild percentages associated with the acid combination, and does not penetrate as deeply as other chemical peels.

Retinoic acid peel
Retinoic acid is a retinoid. This type of facial peel is also performed in the office of a plastic surgeon, oral and maxillofacial surgeon, or a dermatologist in a medical spa setting. This is a deeper peel than the beta hydroxy acid peel and is used to remove scars as well as wrinkles and pigmentation problems. It is usually performed in conjunction with a Jessner; which is performed right before, in order to open up the skin, so the retinoic acid can penetrate on a deeper level. The client leaves with the chemical peel solution on their face. The peeling process takes place on the third day. More dramatic changes to the skin require multiple peels over time.

Croton oil / phenol peel
Formerly known as a phenol peel, this skin treatment was re-popularized by Gregory Hetter. In a series of articles, he covers its historical use on a clandestine basis by early Hollywood stars in the 1920s to maintain their youthful appearance, to its early incorporation into rejuvenating medical practice in the 1960s by Thomas Baker, all the way to developing a modern basis for its use and dosage. Briefly, the active ingredient is clearly the croton oil component, which previously was poorly understood or deliberately obfuscated. It is the basis for a deep chemical peel, which causes an intense caustic exfoliating reaction in the skin, and eventually results in regeneration of the dermal architecture, effectively restoring younger dermis in a way that cannot be replicated by other, more superficial peels.

Recently, there has been a great leap forward in laser technology, for laser tattoo removal. A new laser emitting impulses in picoseconds - i.e. 100x shorter and more powerful than before - was developed in the US.
The advantages of the new laser tattoo removal : it works on previously uncompliant colors (like yellow, turquoise, orange) and recalcitrant inks, it successfully erases permanent makeup (eyebrows, lips), it delivers better results in fewer laser sessions, the treated skin recovers much better in between two laser sessions.

Results:
Laser tattoo removal is safe and non-invasive. When the ink particles of the tattoo absorb the light emitted by the laser, they are broken up into tiny fragments that are absorbed and eliminated by the body. Several sessions are required to reach optimal results.

Side effects:
Right after your treatment, the area around the tattoo may be reddish and slightly swollen.

DIGITAL SKIN COMPLEXION ANALYSIS IMAGE PRO 3D

To evaluate skin condition before planned procedures and evaluate effects of the performed procedure we use system for digital skin analysis IMAGE PRO 3D. Digital skin analysis enables objective and repetitive evaluation of skin condition using numerical values. The device consists of a small cabin that serves to capture the face, which is connected to a computer running special IMAGE PRO 3D software. The photographic cabin ensures proper illumination and face adjustment, reproducible for every patient. It is equipped with chin and forehead supports that allow you to photograph your face in three shots (en face, right and left), in the same orientation and distance from the lens in each patient and in subsequent sessions with the same patient. The device takes pictures using three types of lighting. Normal RGB light - to detect spots on the skin, wrinkles, unevenness and pores. UV light at 365 nm reveals UV spots and porphyrins. PL polarized light is used to extract brown spots and red areas. You can freely choose the type of lighting depending on what kind of skin you want to analyze. The use of IMAGE PRO 3D RBX technology (Red / Brown Surfaces Analysis) provides the ability to detect and analyze the surface of blood vessels (red) and melanin (brown).

This enables IMAGE PRO 3D to distinguish 8 skin changes, such as:

1. RGB Pores corresponds to pores. Skin pores are the openings in our skin through which the sebum and the sweat get to the skin surface. The pores that we are mainly interested in considering the skin care are – more professionally described – are ostia of the sebaceous glands. Skin pores are skins natural element and are always visible.

2. RGB Wrinkle corresponds to wrinkles. Wrinkles are oblong hollows on the skin that appear in certain age.

3. PL Roughness corresponds to red areas (vascular lesions - eczema, inflammatory vascular changes caused by acne or rosacea)

4. PL Spots corresponds to surface spots (brown or red surface changes - freckles, acne scars, hyperpigmentation and vascular changes – with a distinct color, well separated from the environment)

You can get a comparative report showing all the features of the skin with the so called comparative number (expressed in percentages), telling how many people in the same age with the same type of skin have fewer changes (i.e. better skin condition) There is also a report showing which skin features are significantly different from those of other peoples in the same age and with the same skin type. To ensure the best possible picture quality, reproducibility and reliability, you should prepare yourself before photographing. It is important to carefully wash your make-up with a mild preparation just before taking pictures, because it helps to avoid distortion in assessing of pigmentation and red areas. You also have to remove the hair from the area that you want to analyze. Each single hair or strand of hair on the face will be counted as a wrinkle. To avoid light reflections from clothing that could affect the result of photos, especially made in UV light, wrap the neck and shoulders with a black matte fabric. After performing three face shots within each single shot, we can begin analyzing the skin condition. We mark the area of the face that we want to analyze or accept the area proposed by the System. By creating so called mask (area that we want to evaluate), we must avoid marking of hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, nasopharyngeal grooves, large markings, glossy areas. We choose the ones that interest us and we evaluate by comparing skin condition with other patients of the same sex, in the same age and with the same skin type or by comparing with previously taken pictures of the same patient. We can also simulate the aging process (increase the amount of wrinkles and spots) or rejuvenate the skin by removing discoloration areas and wrinkles. We get the results in the form of pictures, figures and graphs.

Unwanted hair.

Traditional methods of excessive hair removal, like shaving, waxing, cream depilation, as well as electrolysis or thermolysis, are only effective temporarily and then unwanted hair grows again. These methods are often painful and connected with the risk of troublesome ingrowing hair, allergic reactions, discoloration or even scars.

1) How does the 3D Shred 808 Plus Laser work?
The 3D Shred 808 Plus Laser is a combination of a diode, neodymium YAG and alexandrite laser. It emits laser light of three wave lengths: 755 nm, 808 nm, 1064 nm, which is absorbed by practically all hair colours. The epilation with the 3D SHRED 808 PLUS laser is effective whatever the colour of your hair and skin. It gives permanent effects, is safe and painless. What’s more, it can be applied all year round. The 3D Shred 808 Plus laser successfully removes bright and red hair, which is a challenge to other devices.

2) Essence of the treatment
The treatment is fast and comfortable. It is practically painless. It can be applied on the whole body or a selected area (e.g. armpits, bikini line, moustache). Depending on the area, the treatment lasts from several minutes to several dozen minutes. The effects are visible after around 10 to 14 days when the first hair starts falling out.
Depending on the colour and thickness of hair, it is recommended to repeat the treatment several times and usually a series of 3 to 4 treatment is repeated every 4 to 8 weeks. For darker and thicker hair, a smaller number of treatments is necessary (3 to 4) than in the case of bright and thin hair (at least 4 treatments). The number of treatments necessary to remove all unnecessary hair from particular body parts is different.

3) Treatment technology
Thanks to the innovative technology used in the 3D Shred 808 Plus laser, we are able to get rid of unnecessary hair without problem and pain. The destruction of hair roots is a key element of the permanent removal of unwanted hair. During the epilation with the 3D Shred 808 Plus laser, melanin contained in the hair stem absorbs laser light. Heat generated as a result of a laser impulse is diffused into surrounding tissues (so called selective photothermolysis) and permanently damages the existing hair follicle and stem cells that take part in the growth of new hair.
As the light emitted by the laser is absorbed by melanin, the epilation only results in the destruction of that hair which contains a relevant quantity of melanin and is at an active growth phase. Therefore, a single treatment eliminates solely a certain percentage (from 15% to 60%) of hair in the skin. That is why, to achieve the final effect, several treatments are necessary.

4) How to prepare to the treatment?
• Stop any oral therapy with retinoids six months before the treatment.
• Four weeks before the treatment, stop using any ointments containing retinoids and fruit acids, give up all types of depilation which consists in hair tearing (tweezers, epilator, wax) and do not use self-tanning creams.
• Two weeks before the treatment, stop using creams containing retinol (e.g. acne creams), give up solarium or sun-bathing, do not consume photosensitive herbs (hypercium, calendula, mixes like Figura 1 or 2), cure all active skin infections.
• One week before the treatment, stop using any exfoliating preparations and end antibiotic therapy.
• On the day preceding the treatment, shave the area that is to be epilated by use of a disposable shaver and leave a small hairy fragment where the type of your hair can be assessed. Do not use any lotions, creams or ointments on the places that are to be treated.

5) After the treatment
• Erythema or swelling, if any, will disappear within several hours or days, depending on your individual features. You can apply cold compress if necessary. Hair endings will be released from dead hair roots within several days, which can look like roots.
• Do not make any depilation between laser epilation treatments. Hair must only be shaved.
• Protect your skin against sun for 4 weeks after the treatment. Do not sunbathe. Apply a protective UV +50 cream.
• It is not recommended to take hot bath or stay in sauna for 14 days after the treatment.
• It is not recommended to apply any cosmetics for 24 hours after the treatment.
• It is recommended to apply a Bepanten-type cream 2-3 times a day.

6) Contraindications

• Depilation with wax and tweezers (2 weeks before the treatment)

Only laser depilation will guarantee perfectly smooth skin without continuous shaving, skin irritation and ingrowing hair!

Traditional and laser blepharoplasty or laser dermabrasion.

Blepharoplasty is an aesthetic treatment of upper eyelids that is meant to restore their youthful appearance by removing the excess of limp skin and reducing layers of fat that make eyes look „tired and sad”. It is one of the most commonly used methods of face rejuvenation, restoring proper tension of eyelids skin. The effects are visible for at least 15 years.

There are two different types of blepharoplasty: a traditional one and a laser one. Their point is to remove the excess of limp skin. There is also a laser dermabrasion of skin, that consists of limp skin vaporisation with its resurfacing that stimulates its thickening.

Traditional blepharoplasty:

Traditional blepharoplasty of the upper eyelid consists of making cuts with a scalpel through which the excess of skin and fat tissue from the eyes area can be removed.

Laser blepharoplasty:
Laser blepharoplasty of upper eyelids is more beneficial for a patient. The laser is used here as a cutting tool and that is why we use a name “laser blepharoplasty”. This treatment is not very different from the traditional one, but doctor’s precision is higher and bleeding during treatment – reduced. As C02 laser closes blood vessels the swelling and bruising is reduced. It is also possible for a patient to return to normal everyday activities sooner than after the traditional treatment – even after one week.

Scars that the treatment leaves are hidden in an eyelid deflection and are not visible after complete healing. The effect of a traditional or laser blepharoplasty of upper eyelid is long-term – it can remain visible even for 15 years.

Laser dermabrasion:
Laser can also be used as a tool to restore a proper tension in the skin. Various methods of resurfacing, e.g. fraction C02 laser therapy, are to stimulate production of new collagen fibres, and skin thickening makes wrinkles shallower. The treatment, even though it also requires only local anaesthesia, it is not recommended for people with a problem with an excess of skin, because it will not bring the best possible effects.

During the last years, the trend of removing the lower amount of tissues (without removing a circular muscle of the eye) dominates. It makes the face look natural and youthful with no risk of the facial features becoming too sharp and “skull like”. The treatment does not require general anaesthesia, but local injection of lidocaine and epinephrine reduces bleeding and the injection as such does not cause much pain.

After the injection, the precise cut along the marked lines is made. The upper line runs in parallel to the line of eyebrows and the lower one – 10 mm over the eyelid rim. The lines of the cut encompass the limp skin area. We remove the excess of limp skin and, if necessary, fat tissue, without any damage to the circular muscle.

The wound is closed by single, nylon stitches that are left for 7 days because of a great skin tension over the wrinkled circular muscle. Sewing the skin with the undamaged circular muscle make the tissues increase their volume.
Complications after the treatment of eyelids are rare and lack of satisfaction usually results from patient’s unrealistic expectations.
The eye area may be swollen for around two weeks after treatment.

The choice between laser or traditional blepharoplasty and laser dermabrasion is not easy and should be made individually in each case.

Prices of traditional blepharoplasty and laser one are similar, usually around 4500 – 6000 PLN.

La fibrine injectée dans la peau du patient coagule lentement, de sorte que nous obtenons :
- un effet de remplissage des tissus mous

FAT GRAFTING LIPOFILLING ADIPOSE TISSUE LIPOTRANSFER

The treatment takes place in local anesthesia. The patient's fat is taken with the help of cannula from around the abdomen, thighs, hips, shoulders, knees.
